60,000 square foot, 5 floor tenant fit-out. This project required being sensitive to the clients needs since the residential upper floors were open and in daily use.

 

Our work included light gauge metal framing, drywall and finishing, shaftwall systems, hollow metal doors and frames, hardware installation, acoustical ceilings, Armstrong Soundscapes, Kirei Echo Panels and 9Wood wood ceilings.
