46,000 Square foot renovation of the 6th and 7th floor labs and offices. A new 18,000 square foot 3 floor addition added above the existing roof was used for labs, offices and administration areas.

 

Our work included exterior weather protection, light gauge metal framing, drywall and finishing, shaftwall systems, hollow metal doors and frames, hardware installation, acoustical ceilings, custom wood ceilings and Acrovyn wall protection.
