Complete renovation of existing eleven floor building including a significant addition built with light gauge framing. Extensive scheduling and phasing were required since all work was performed while the building was occupied and functioning. Our staff successfully prioritized the needs of Ronald McDonald House for the duration of the project. 

 

Our work included light gauge metal framing, light gauge structural metal framing, drywall and finishing, shaftwall systems, hollow metal doors and frames, hardware installation, acoustical ceilings and OSHA protection
