10,000 Square foot renovation featuring a new multispecialty Outpatient care facility including 26 exam rooms along with a dedicated pediatric floor.

 

Our work included light gauge metal framing, structural framing and sheathing for new exterior canopy, drywall and finishing,  hollow metal door frames, doors, metal sliding doors and hardware installation wall protection, acoustical ceilings and specialty wood ceilings.

 

The project schedule was an aggressive 4 months to completion and took place at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. With precise coordination and an extra emphasis on safety measures, the project was turned over to NYULH on time.
