23,000 square foot, three-story multi-specialty medical practice in Lynbrook in Nassau County NY. The primary design was to remodel the existing building with all new infrastructure adding a new addition to the building while keeping the character of this 75 year old building.

 

Our work included light gauge metal framing, drywall and finishing, Acrovyn wall protection, hollow metal door frames, doors and hardware installation, acoustical ceilings, acoustical ceilings, specialty wood ceilings, custom GFRG column covers as well as structural metal framing and sheathing on the new addition of the building.

 

The construction schedule was 8 Months and with detailed collaboration this project was completed on time!
