Tenant fit-outs and associated upgrades for over one million square feet of space. Program areas include trading floors, conference centers, office and support space, data centers, etc. One of the most critical elements was the phasing required for occupied areas.

 

Our work included light gauge metal framing, structural metal framing, drywall and finishing, shaftwall systems, hollow metal doors and frames, hardware installation and acoustical ceilings.
