Nine floors of tenant fit-outs and associated upgrades.

Program areas include conference centers, office and support spaces, amenity spaces, etc. One of the most critical elements was the phasing required for occupied areas.

 

Our work included light gauge metal framing, structural metal framing, drywall and finishing, shaftwall systems, hollow metal doors and frames, hardware installation and acoustical ceilings.
