9. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY: THIS SITE IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU WITHOUT COST OR CHARGE. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE IS A SUIT AT LAW FOR MONETARY, ACTUAL DIRECT DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL RONSCO, INC. 10. Records: You agree to retain copies of this Agreement (and any legal notices and disclosures provided at this Site) as part of your legal records. 11. User Representations & Warranties: You represent and warrant for the benefit of Ronsco, Inc., Ronsco, Inc. suppliers, and any third parties mentioned on the Site that:(a) all information submitted by You to this Site is true and accurate; (b) You will be responsible for all use of your password; (c) You will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.

Indemnity: You will defend, indemnify and hold Ronsco, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates and their officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from all claims, demands, actions and causes of action, including attorney's fees and expenses incurred as a result, in connection with your use of the Site.

Ronsco, Inc. does not control any third party web site and is not liable for any technological, legal or other consequences that arise out of your visit or transactions there. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Ronsco, Inc. with respect to use of the Site and supersedes all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications, displays or proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between You and Ronsco, Inc. regarding use of the Site.
